LEVELS OF SERVICE When choosing the level of service required it is important to think about how involved with your tenants you really want to be. The INTRODUCTION service is designed for experienced Landlords who perhaps live locally and are therefore happy to collect rent direct, deal with their tenants on a day to day basis and take care of any maintenance or repairs required. Should you wish to keep a certain distance with regards to the money side of things but are still happy to deal with the maintenance then you may wish to opt for the RENT COLLECTION service. Our COMPLETE service takes away any potential aggravations, we look after everything for you and you need never have any contact with the tenants, you just sit back and leave it all to us. Tenants are often not comfortable dealing with Landlords direct and they perceive a third party to be impartial – a happy tenant will stay longer. Alternatively we can provide a bespoke service tailored to your individual requirements, where you can choose the exact services that you wish us to provide and we will be happy to give you an individual quote. For example you may just want us to carry out a Check Out for you or a routine visit whilst you are away then we will be happy to do this on your behalf. APPEARANCE Presentation of the property is extremely important as first impressions count. The standard of décor and furnishings can substantially affect the amount of rent achievable. We can offer advice and make suggestions on these matters. We recommend that at least the walls are redecorated every three years. Adding a good quality shower can improve the appeal to prospective tenants. Kitchen appliances are usually expected as standard even in unfurnished properties. |
